CA A.K. Jalan is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) since 1985. He is the managing partner of the Firm and looks after Delhi head office activities. CA Jalan has 30 years of post qualification experience in the profession of accountancy. He has to his credit experience in the field of Taxation, Audit, Accounting, Company Law Matters, Financial Services, VAT , Sales Tax, FEMA, Foreign Taxation, Transfer Pricing, STPI, Foreign Collaborations, valuation, Insurance surveys , Loss assessment, Arbitration etc. He specialises in advising and rendering consultancy services to clients in relation to Direct Tax matters, Wills, family settlements, succession planning, structuring strategic investments, re-structuring activities and Mergers and Acquisitions including cross-border holdings, Collaboration & Project Reports, Funding & Due Diligence, Financial Studies & Valuation etc. He has been handling tax matters of clients before the Appellate Authorities including the Income Tax Appellate Tribunal. He is the Main Catalyst in expanding the services of the Firm from the Traditional Audit and Taxation to a range of services like Back office Processing (BPO) in accounts and related Areas. His main focus is on developing the work of the Firm on an All India Basis. He has undergone various certified courses in fields like valuation , arbitration etc. He handles all complex problems in above areas with equal ease but his core competency lies in understanding the client's requirement and providing value addition, management consultancy services by Transformation of Business and in Setting up New Industry. Under his supervision the firm has carried on Statutory and Concurrent Audit of Various PSU's and Banks all over India.

CA K.P. Jalan is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) since 1991.He is also a fellow member of ICWA. He has been managing the affairs of Patna Branch office of the Firm as a senior Partner. He has vast experience in consultancy of taxation and handling matters relating to corporate affairs of clients. Also handling other matters like Direct and Indirect Taxation , Auditing, Corporate Finance,Company Law , Trusts , Business Transformations , FEMA, systems Development activities etc. He has been responsible for and in-charge of Audit & Business Advisory and Consultancy Services.

CA S.K.Gadia is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) since 1990. He has got vast experience in audit and accountancy matters. Business set-up planning and administration guidance is the core area of CA Gadia since years.

CA A.K.Murarka has good experience in Financial planning, financial data analysis, Bank Financing for long term and short term funding arrangements for business and projects, consultancy of direct taxes and handling corporate affairs matters of clients. He has been made In charge of Muzaffarpur branch. He has been handling various audit assignments of the firm including those of Banks and various Companies in the Private Sector.
